COURSE DESCRIPTION
The ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems awareness training is your orientation to the food safety requirements for any organization in the food chain of ISO standards. This will also provide necessary interpretation, understanding of the rationale and the foundation of the new standards. The course will be synchronous via zoom. General questions will be entertained and not specific questions from the participantsā actual implementation and/or products.

At the end of the course, each participant will be able to:
- Gain understanding of ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)- requirements for any organization in the food chain
- Learn the concepts and structure of ISO 22000:2018.
- Outline the different clauses in ISO 22000:2018 standard.
- Learn the transition of ISO 22000:2018 and key changes.
- Identify the new requirements and its implementation.
