How to Prevent Food Poisoning?

Cook food and keep it hot

Cooking food to the required minimum internal temperature is the only way to kill germs that cause food poisoning.

Keep cold food cold

Preparing cold food too early or storing it in Temperature Danger Zone (room temperature between 5 and 65 celsius) allows multiplication of bacteria that causes food poisoning.
